I received an email from a Daymon recruiter to schedule a phone interview. I was happy to received the email and responded with my availability, the recruiter scheduled the meeting for the following Friday, and I confirmed and followed up with a thank you email. The interview time came and went, and I never heard from the recruiter. I emailed her to inquire, and she never responded. I'm partly concerned about her and hope that she's ok, but I was of course disappointed because I prepared for the call and made myself available to interview. I'm currently employed and find it difficult to find time to interview. I'm moving on from this company, but I wanted to post this review as feedback.

Send in resume, phone call interview with HR, then another phone call interview with potential manager, then lastly, you'll be invited for an in person interview with a few people on the team to determine if it's a good fit.
