A recruiter reached out to me after I applied for the job. I first did a phone interview with the recruiter, then a second phone interview with the dev manager, then a third interview in person. After that, total radio silence from the recruiter. She contacted me to ask what my pay expectations were, and after telling me she'd get back to me with an answer, I never heard from her again. I left messages and emailed asking for a follow up, but heard nothing. I found it insulting that I was asked to come in to interview, and was never afforded the decency to know if I was rejected.
