Interview process comprised of 3 rounds and was totally language agnostic.
It consisted of 3 technical rounds and were fairly detailed around all the aspects of the technological requirements.
The final round was the HR one and they are highly understanding people

A consultancy reached out for a position and the first round was on choice of data stuctures given a specific problem and some design questions. 2nd round was completely on system design and architecture level details which i tried to answer to the best of my abilities however it didnt work out. Would have been happier if the rejection came with some explanation and also some constructive feedback. Unfortunately that didnt happen.

3. Managerial - Director of Engineering takes this round, who can ask anything related to you''re work, problems you solved, Design related Questions
4. HR - Cultural fit and various behaviour related questions
