I completed three rounds of interviews with this company and was told I would hear back within a few days regarding a potential fourth interview. After more than a week with no response, I followed up with the recruiter via email. She called a few days later, but since then I’ve reached out via phone, text, and email and haven’t received any reply. Prior to the third interview, communication was consistent and professional, but unfortunately that changed afterward. I found the lack of follow-through disappointing and felt like my time and effort throughout the process weren’t respected. I would have appreciated a clear response—even a rejection—instead of being left without closure. Based on this experience, I would not recommend interviewing here.
