After passing a pretty standard phone interview, you may be invited to conduct an in-person version. Here you'll meet some of the people you'd likely be working with.
You'll be seated in one of Daxko's "named" conference rooms - nothing fancy (not that it needs to be). The interview starts as most do with a "Why do you think you want to work for Daxko?" themed question. Your interviewer(s) will have a sheet of questions to select from (front and back). I could tell they were skipping around asking whatever they felt either relevant or interesting. The tone was mostly casual, but down-to-business.
Some questions are there just to see how you react. Other questions are entirely about your background. I was told that if I made it through, the next round would include a presentation, but alas, I was not allowed to move forward in the process. They chose another candidate. Daxko did call to let me know I was not selected, which was kind.
