Appears to be a two-stage interview process. First stage with senior manager and director while second stage possibly with a stakeholder directly involved with the specific department. Cannot confirm because I withdrew early due to receiving a lucrative offer elsewhere. Leadership appears strong with high focus on correct personality for the hire and insisted that hard work is rewarded with plenty of opportunity for growth within the business for the individuals that are wiling to put in the graft, which I really liked because it shows they are serious about career progression for their employees.
