I spoke with a man who told me a little about the job and because it was a phone job we did a little role play. He pretended to be a customer and attempt to rile me up. Overall it was a great experience and I left feeling confident that I would get the job.

I interviewed with one of the managers of the call center who asked about my previous experience. She told me how long training would last, requirements to pass and become a CSR, and what my starting hours would be.

Entretien
The interview process form start to finish took about two weeks. You will be continuing this process into training. The training is vigorous. There is a lot of information to obtain and retain in a short amount of time. There will also be test that require a minimum score to move forward. The training is paid. But if you do not pass the the tears you will not be offered a job.
