I went in thinking I was going to be interviewed one on one. Said arrive 15 minutes early interview would be 30 minutes. I arrive there's 6 other people waiting, 4 more arrive shortly after me. We all get taken to a backroom where they show us a powerpoint of who they are and what they do. I was under the impression I was interviewing for a Medical Sales Representative job but it was insurance sales position that required a license (which was NOT listed in the job description). They are very vague with hours and what the pay would be. Seems like they work off commission and work 7 days a week 60+ hours. They showed us other employees in the company paychecks to "motivate" us to make a lot of money. Said training would not be paid for. Overall, I felt mislead by this job posting. They were not transparent with the job position, pay or hours required for the job.
