I actually was interviewed for David's Bridal and needless to say I was actually taken aback by the unprofessional way they conducted their screening. The one red flag was that when they offered me the position I had to wait a week before I could get into their training program. I did a background of the customers responses to the company and they weren't good either and being a new hire you don't want to be ambushed into a corner where you find yourself having to clean up someone elses mess......Terrible way to make a first impression.....

Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

If I have experience in sales but also in the alterations department.
I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Entretien
Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
