Entretien
It was a group interview. There were about five people in the interview. We interviewed with the store manager. They would ask each person individual questions to have them answer. The questions were typical of any customer service position.

They asked very basic interview questions "What experience did I have; Why do I think I would good for this job?"
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Entretien
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
