I sat down with a manager one on one and she asked me simple questions. They told me regardless of whether I got the job or not that they'd call me. They never did. So I called back and asked about it and they said they'd call me about the job in about an hour. They never did.

Easy, friendly, to the point. They gave a brief history of the company, responsibilities, and asked how I qualify. Since I also had previous experience with them, it was very straightforward.

I enjoyed the group interview process however I felt like there were a lot of "rounds" of interviews. There was a group interview then a store manager interview and there was a great deal of time between when I interviewed and when I was offered the position.

Entretien
Go through a series of interviews wth all managers. First interview is mostly discussing company policies and expectations. Must be available on weekends. Very big on sales but training is provided.
