The frequently advertise on Craigslist.org when they really need workers. Walked in and picked up an application. They do believe in you dressing for the job, so please, even if just picking up an application, dress professionally. After returning the application, I was called 4 days later by the assistant manager who asked me a couple of questions over the phone. She then scheduled me a one on one interview with the store manager. At this interview, she explained that they do seek sales experience and that you must be driven. Also need to be able to manage a high traffic environment. Because she really liked me, she gave me a couple of pointers for the next interview with the district manager. After meeting with her, they offered me the job on the spot.
