Entretien
They're were 3 interviews. The 1st one being a relatively a large group interview. I had 9 girls in mine. Basically the mangers wanted to get to know us. The 2nd interview was a shadowing. We over looked what the CSR's did. And the last one was when I met the store manager. Very nice lady. And a couple days later I was called in to fill out hire paper work. Interview process lasted about 2 weeks.

Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Entretien
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

Question 1
In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
