Entretien
After applying on Monster I received a call to come in for a group interview. The group Interview was with 2 store managers & 6 other candidates inside the garment room. Asked to give brief background, general interview questions and to sell your outfit. Received a call shortly after I left to come and interview with the assistant manager. Offered the CSR job on the spot and asked to come back later that evening to start training.
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Entretien
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
