Entretien
Found the position via Craigslist, emailed the hiring manager and was given an interview time. Showed up about 5 minutes early, met the other people being interviewed. We were instructed to each introduce one of the other ladies in the group when we got to the interview room. There were 3 managers on the panel, and 4 of us being interviewed, not necessarily for the same position. It was a very relaxed atmosphere.
I was then called to come in to interview with the District Manager. Again, I interviewed with another applicant, and there were 2 managers on the interview panel. Still very relaxed, with basic questions.
Easy process but took 2-3 average weeks to hear back from employer. They will ask you about tell me about a time but overall is a very easy interview process

Entretien
It was a very straightforward and standard interview. Lots of the questions involved previous work experience, skills, and abilities that would be relevant to the position in question. It was one on one, directly with the store manager. It’s an overall very relaxed, professional setting.

In your history, working in customer service, what is one memorable moment, where you faced a challenge and were able to succeed in resolving the issue at hand?
Simple! Manager knew what she was looking for and did not mind that I needed weekends only employment. There was only one interview since I was hired on the spot and started working 2 weeks later.
