Interview process was pretty straightforward though quite long. Spent 2 hours doing q&a and the person assured me they would follow up whether I was still a candidate or not and that it would be an additional 3 interviews. Never received a response and assumed I wasn't a potential candidate yet I sent an email to follow up and thank him for his time. Zero response to my email. I think its unprofessional to waste someones time for 2 hours and not have the courtesy to send a quick rejection email if the candidate isn't the right fit.

Interview was okay, chatted with Assistant Manager as she was being promoted to a General Manager. At the end of the interview she told me that District Manager will be in touch with me later on in the week. There was no call from the District Manager and when I emailed to thank her for the opportunity to interview I didn't even get an email back. The interview was a first impression of the company and it wasn't a good one, I can say I was happy I didn't get an offer.
