Met with Design Center Manager at the Design Center and was given a tour while chatting w/her about the company and position. Then took the Wonderlic and Berke Assessments. I was under the impression that there would be an actual verbal interview following the tests but there wasn't - make any impression you want to make on her during the tour... She is very trendy and wears a lot of makeup - I would recommend stylish hair, makeup and clothing. She responded to one of my followups and ignored 2 more and a phone call. For a company that's so big on customer service, they failed a little bit here.
