Standard group interview, problem solving tasks together to assess teamwork followed by one on one interview, normal questions (experience, availability, etc). Nice team and was chill !! Watched videos on company during and got a full debrief of the role and requirements for christmas casual position.

Give an example of a stressful time in a past job and how you worked through it
I was applying for a general role within the retail team, I met with the assistant store manager. It was fairly friendly and gently structured, but I'm not sure if this is always the case as I was coming from previously working from a concession brand within the store.
Flexible to do online or in person interview, de escalate the stressful mood of being in a traditional face to face interview. Did mine onlien with only answering questions, no need for a talent acquisition person to meet and it takes 2 weeks to respond.
