Fairly simple. I applied online, I got an email confirmation with an initial phone interview . Passed that, moved on to a one-on-one interview at the office. After that I had to drive to meet with another employee at the sales location. This is a direct marketing job. You'll be asked to sell random products such as pillows and lotions for 10 hours a day. They say it's 20% commission , but it's 20% AFTER the retailer (Sam's club, Costco etc) take THEIR 20% of the initial sale. Which means that you only get 15% of the sale when you do the math. However these days it's down to 10%, which means you only get 8% of the original sale and they lowered the hourly pay too..... Pretty bad
