They remembered me from a previous interview and called me personally and asked me to apply. I did a video interview and on-site interview. I was then told they were going to convert an intern to a full-time position despite having asked me to apply and me have 5 years experience directly in this field. I believe I was not selected as I would not have been considered a diversity hire.
