The initial recruiter screen was generic and expected. The hiring manager interview was extremely vague and they seemed to be making a very simple process and role unnecessarily complex. I then got rejected because my experience didn't align. Couldn't you see that from my resumé? What a waste of time. The questions were so vague that it was hard to figure out what the interviewer wanted to hear and it was not a two-way conversation. Very put off.
