J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dataminr (New York, NY) en mars 2018
Entretien
Applied online, recruiter reached out and did phone screen and then had phone call with manager over the phone who oversees team I was interviewing for. Everything was very professional. The hiring manager seemed a little dis-engaged, but was overall nice.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dataminr (New York, NY) en févr. 2019

Interview process took 5 weeks from start to finish. First step was phone screening with recruiter, which was a quick call about my background and experiences. Next there was a phone interview with the team manager, which was longer and in more in-depth. After that I had two days of in-person interviews, first in the DC office and then in NY. A week later an offer was made and I accepted. Overall the process was exceptional, the recruiting team kept in constant contact and a it was clear that this was a perfect fit for both parties.

I was asked to do a presentation on a topic of my choosing to assess presentation skills. I thought this was a great exercise and I really enjoyed the process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Dataminr

The interview process consists of a brief screening with a recruiter, a longer phone call with a manager, then a in-office super day where you speak with 4-5 potential teammates. While the process is quite extensive, it never feels overwhelming. The point is to help the team (who are all super kind and helpful!) slot you into the best role possible and make sure you have all the information you need to make the right decision for you. The recruiting team is incredibly responsive- the offer finally came about a month after I submitted my application.
