Four interviews (1 on the phone with recruiter, 1 on the phone with Director of Corporate Security / Sales, 2 interviews in person with other team members). One of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had interviewing. I was over qualified and they couldn't pay what I'm currently making (I had been clear in previous interviews of my expectations and was told that I was within range). I was supposed to have 4 on-site interviews and they faked an "all hands meeting" and asked me to leave half-way through, but didn't explain why - besides the made up "all hands meeting". I later heard from my recruiter that I was not a good "cultural fit". Regardless of how the interviewees felt, that wasn't professional. Simply shake my hand and tell me that I'm not a good cultural fit and I would have been on my way. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time. Terrible experience, dishonest disrespectful, and cowardly.

be ready to talk to 5-6-7 people. Not always in your mother tongue . Nobody will verify your level of languages . Customer success director will be key in decision processThe VP choose always .

Entretien
Haphazard. Interview slots and times changed at the last minute.
After your phone interview you'll be called in for a couple of interviews with your respective line manager and probably an executive from the US.
Expect these confirmations to come in at the last minute, be subject to immediate change, and in many cases you will probably have to chase them to find out what's going on. They will not respect your time.
Oh, and when all is said and done they will refuse to give you any feedback.
On the plus side, they seem to hire a lot of graduates.
I wouldn't waste my time with this company, they seem to think they are a cut above everyone else but their performance and market presence indicates anything but.

Very cookie cutter. No challenging questions nor real enthusiasm. Very Scripted. I decided to stop the interview process because I got another offer somewhere else as the other company knew what they wanted and just moved a lot faster in making a decision.

There weren't any difficult questions nor unexpected questions. I wish there were. Unfortunately it was very scripted without any real thought behind the questions in my opinion of course.
