J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Databricks (Londres, Angleterre) en mars 2022
Entretien
Recruiter contacted via LinkedIn, had a brief chat.
Followed by a take home test, discussion with a hiring manager.
Post that a few video calls, in most of the video calls there are two persons.
Took a long time for the process. About 6/7 rounds of discussions. I had good experience talking to the hiring manager and team mates. However, didn't quite appreciate the attitude of higher managers.
The focus is more on the sales acumen than technicals, even if the role advertised is for "Solutions Architect".
Recruiters are either overworked or they do not care about the candidates' time. Recruiters won't pass on feedback for a week or two. After interviewing, out of the blue you will receive an email asking for your availability for the next round. A bit of chaos. Many times the recruiter came across as a bit rude, over the phone when asked "Hi, how are you?", the answer was ducked neither the question was reciprocated. Not sure why its failed to acknowledge that the recruiters are ambassadors of the company.

Multiple rounds of interview , take home assessment was not very tough . But panel presentation round was tough , it seems they want candidate who can wow them even though all rounds went fine .
I go the first phone call which went pretty well. Then I passed a first panel round on simple architecture. Did first round technical round, but never heard back again.
