It was probably one of the most drawn-out interview processes I’ve ever gone through. I applied for the job in early May and had an introductory call. After multiple rounds across 6 interviewers, they would ghost and then tell me I’m still a strong candidate. HM went on pto for 3 weeks and then set a meeting with me to discuss changes to the role. Even said they wanted to confirm the changes before an offer was made. I was then once again ghosted and then received a canned rejection email after three months of an interview process. It's not respectful of candidates' time to string them along for that long without even providing a final resolution or feedback.

Interviewer was the lead Program Manager of the organization she was building up. She was late, unprepared, and at the end, even rude. Left a bad feeling coming out of the convesration.
