Recruiter contacted me and scheduled a 1-hour coding interview on coding hire. The interviewer was Chinese and his accent was so thick that I had to just say yes, even though I could not understand what he was saying (it was incomprehensible at a point). This guy was the Chief Architect, I wonder how people talk to him at work on phone. Question was weird as well, not checking any real skill.

Recruiter contacted via email and asked to schedule phone screen. Timings were as per my convenience. Interviewer called on-time. Interviewer asked one question and explained the question well, gave me enough time to think. Overall a good experience.
