I applied for the position in July. I got a call in September. i interviewed for 2 rounds and they never got back to me, even after repeated emails. i would only ask the recruiters to be more proactive

There was a first HR call, which only worked as a stepping stone to the next stage. The interview included 6 different interviews with each member of the London team. Even though , I didn't get the offer the interviewers were really sympathetic and helpful.
