Hiring Screen then connecting with the CTO. The CTO wasn't engaged in the conversation and it felf more like a chore to her than anything else. She took the interview while clearly driving, it was supposed to be a zoom interview. There was a poor phone connection and had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times, but I was never asked to clarify. There is no way she wasn't having issues hearing my responses. This is a sign that Datagrail isn't committed to providing equitable interviewing conditions. It speaks more about who DataGrail is as an employer.
