Entretien
After an initial phone screen I was invited for an on site interview. I met with the CEO and the CTO for about two hours. Their technical questions were appropriate for the project with some behavioral questions. I really enjoyed the interview; they were very professional and accurately described the project.

For me none of the questions were difficult or unexpected. One of the questions was: what are the differences between Windows 2003 and 2008 Server.
