very long process. Two rounds of technical and two rounds extra from Onsite interview pannel. Wasting time by asking very basic questions. Some are based on scenarios. Seems no proper technical background from the pannel.

Applied through referral. Took 1 month for overall process. HR was very informative throughout the process. Two telephonic interviews followed by two 1:1 interviews with the practice managers. Basic questions not very complex.
