The process consists in 3 rounds:
1. Behavioral and culture fit with the technical team. Questions regarding the current position and working methodologies. Also, some standard behavioral questions e.g. "where do you see in X years?", "Do you preffer small or big eng. teams", etc...
2. Code/ML interview and systems design with a tech lead. Python and ML short questions. System design in a whiteboard for streaming processing platform.
3. Behavioral with upper management; e.g. salary expectations, team fit, etc...
