Following intro meetings, there was a take-home assignment to analyze data and create visualizations using R, along with some written explanations. This was thoughtfully put together and not overly difficult, but to me seemed overly lengthy -- I feel the same level of skill could have been measured almost as effectively with half the assignment length.
