They found me on linkned and message i might be the perfect for the positon. Then phone interview, then meet with the director. They told me they will give me an exam and another interview with higher but never happened. It was just pure email and ffup ended not getting the job because theyre doing other stuffs. Most frustrating but ok

It started from a call asking me why I wanted this position. After a while I got a test that had to be done within 48 hours. The next step was a video interview with some persons from the team. They asked me straightforward questions related to my experience, skills etc. Through out all this process I never got any information about company vision, what they want and where they go. They don't try to impress you about the company's perks etc,meaning what makes this company better then others. All they want is to hire you as a developer who should be also a business analyst doing all paper work. Will, for entry level student maybe it is normal. Even if they are 90% Phd stuff, it doesn't make it super attractive since they don't even try to impress you. + If you don't know French - game over.
