Had a discussion with a recruiter from the UK via email then via phone. Had a phone call with the hiring manager then went in to meet him in person as well as the CTO. I was told I would meet with a person on the team as well but that never happened. They said he had to leave early so then I asked if I could have a quick call. They said they would set it up but eventually that didn't happen. They ultimately said they were looking for someone more junior and would let me know if something more senior came up. I think part of it was money.
