I didn't like that to apply at the acutal company you have to leave your information next to the blank applications on a table. That was very unsecure. I went through a temp angency instead. The interview was just her telling me about the company and giving me a reading and typing test. She listened to me read and she told me to type something and she watched.

Very basic questions to no questions. They just sat you at a computer and made sure you knew how to type and spell at at least 10 words per minute. And they also had a list of words where they made you read it off to make sure you knew how to pronounce certain cities, addresses and numbers. Its a good thing to get friendly with a supervisor or someone who's been working there a long time or someone that works in the back. They can pass a good word about you and get you to a high position. Plus, favoritism. Also, if you have been referred by someone, you can put their name and if the both of you work for the next 3 months you both get a raise, 300 for the new worker and 500 for the old one, or something around that range.
