Entretien
First I met with Human ressources (recruitment), then I got a meeting with CEO/VP (depending on organisation and role) who was conducting the interview with CFO (?). Then I met many team leaders from the brand (branch of the whole company). Finally, meeting again with HR for job offer and details.

I was asked my experience, what is important in leading a design team. Also talking about vision and setup of Design system.
People were kind and made me comfortable. Presenting roles and expectations.
