Very simple. I applied for a post in their website and got an interview with a project manager.

Question 1
"Ok. I've talked a lot. Now it's your turn. Could you comb through the ideas I just mentionned and give your own conclusion ?" So please be concentrated in the interview.
The interview will be directly with the department manager, not just HR. So be prepared before you start the interview. Not very hard question, just ordinary one, parepared about it.

Online test followed by a technical interview talking about my academics, then HR round. Mostly questions asked about my previous projects. Took around 1 month for entire process to complete.

Interviews were standard, however they messed around and forgot to show up on two occasions leaving a bitter taste. Questions were about skills and previous projects with any relevance to the job role.
