They took 4 months to get back to me for the primary interview but they expected me to drop everything to join their call which they informed me about at the last minute. I do understand that such things happen but the sheer audacity to act like it's normal and to blame the other person for not staying "unemployed" for the 3-4 months they took to get back is something to be studied.
