I exchanged e-mails with Darigold's chief economist and we scheduled an in-person interview after they advertised through my university's economics department. The position was an internship working in their dairy futures trading team. The interview had no technical questions and the interview panel was very welcoming. I did not get the position because they hired a graduating senior (I was a junior).
