3 interviews with different managers. The restaurant manager conducted her strenuous interview on the last interview. She was very straightforward with her questions. Be sure to make eye contact and know a favorite item on the menu. She also asked about your current availability
Two rounds. First front of house manager. The. Gerneraml manager. It’s fine. They’re cool. They don’t really care as long as you’re competent enough. Darden is a big restaurant so training process is very structures — so if u make a good impression, that’s enough for them to hire u
Very straight forward, might take multiple interviews but rather quick. Only general managers can hire, so I’d try to set one up w them rather than a kitchen or host manager. I

Applied to be a server online. Took the online assessment an received an interview 2 days later. Was interviewed by three different managers.Training is for a week to learn the menu. On last day will be validated an obtain a two table section.
