Casual interview, focus on meeting and seeing if there is a connection. Asked many questions on how you could use your competencies from other experiences, for that role. They were not that interested in how you gathered them, but how it could benefit the role.

Two interviews, first with hiring manager and a team member and the second one with HR. Also verbal, numerical and logics and personality tests that are commented during the second interview with HR
