Interviewing at Dannon is like going on the awesome first date that never calls you back. Once the interview process begins they will move you quickly through the stages and have open communication until they decide that they are not interested, and then you will never hear from them again. For weeks you will have no idea where you stand -because HR will go MIA- until you figure out that they are not interested in moving forward. It is really surprising that a global company would conduct themselves in this manner. I would echo the sentiments that others have written about this company. Look elsewhere. Their complete lack of professionalism has put me off from ever wanting to work with them in any capacity in the future. The economy is tough but I wouldn't recommend wasting your time applying here.
