Submitted cover letter and CV. Then had a face to face interview where I further explained parts of my cover letter and answered some competency-based questions. Very friendly interviewer who gave helpful feedback at the end of the process.

Invited to the UK office after video interview. I was supposed to take an online test to confirm my results and then 40-minute interview with a brand manager. Interview included 3 small business cases.
