I met with a recruiter, then a hiring manager and had a panel interview. For a company that emphasizes innovation and people-first values, the lack of transparency and follow-through was surprising. I invested significant time preparing and engaging thoughtfully in each round, so to be met with silence and a copy-paste rejection felt dismissive and unprofessional. If you’re going to ask candidates to go through an in-depth process, the least you can do is close the loop respectfully and provide some feedback. It sounds like they don’t really know what exactly they are looking for because the job posting and role was updated during mid interview process. Be wary while interviewing for this company.
