One manager, two very experienced engineers, one HR manager were on the panel. They used pre defined template covering various aspects. There were questions like 'complex problems faced in previous job, how you solved it. 'How did you coordinate / collaborate to solve issues in a timely manner'. Time and effort was spent to get the questionnaire answered. It gave opportunity to express myself but not traditional straight technical Q and A type interview that I experienced in my prior jobs. At the end was asked if I had any questions or concerns. It went pretty well and few minutes into the interview, my nervousness was gone
