Discussed role and salary with recruiter. Salary range was too low to justify moving forward. I mentioned I would be interested in other roles but have not heard back. After reading the plant reviews it probably was good it worked out that way.

everything was handled systematically, all documents were properly collected, communication with IND was smooth and everything was arranged in time.
first round of interview, second round with HR and then offer letter once accepted.

It was a phone interview. More like an introduction interview. The recruiter found my email online and contacted me. They called just to know about me and see if I was interested in the job.
