It was straight forward and a good experience, it was a video that I had to submit instead of face to face, I did prefer it tho gave me time to write up my answers

-To tell a little bit about myself
-To give an example of when I did everything possible and more for a customer
-What are my hobbies
-Why I wanted to work for the company.
