Started with screening interview - 15 min. 3 days later, interviewed with the hiring manager. Interviews went well: questions about working with BOMs, managing difficult employees. Hiring manager interview went well - very conversational. After said interview, getting updates was worse than pulling teeth - completely ghosted. For a small, growing company, totally unacceptable. They need to remember they’re basically vapourware at this point, and the hiring process is representative of their brand.

Contacted by HR for first round of screening, second round interview scheduled with hiring manager. Third and final round of interview was done in person with the hiring manager and team managers which the PM position interfaces frequently with. The interview process was pleasant, the hiring manager and everyone at Damon were very friendly and professional. I can see they are passionate about working at Damon.
