I am jobless by trusting Damco. It was really worst experience with Damco recruitment process. this is not for me, same with one of my friend as well. They offered me same as discussed in Final HR round orally but not on the paper. When I asked them to release my offer letter, then I did not get any response for phone calls, messages and emails. the offer letter was supposed to be release on the next day of the Final HR round but it was not. HR team does not have trust on their management because one of HR complaining about Damcos management itself.
