I was contacted and scheduled for an interview within 4 weeks. I interviewed with a panel of up to 12 or so administrators, faculty and staff members. After having successfully met their expectations, about a couple weeks or so later I was invited for a 2nd interview with the college's top 2 executives. I received a job offer within 1 hour of having completed my interview and left the campus.
